The GMT hand on this model is not independently adjustable. Instead, it is mechanically linked to the main hour hand (“slaved”), meaning both move together. A second time zone is tracked by rotating the bezel to offset the time difference, similar in concept to early GMT designs such as the original Rolex GMT Master.
