HISTORY
Yakutia is a republic in the Siberian part of Russia, known for its rich deposits of gold and diamonds. About 13% of the world’s diamond production takes place in this region.
According to legend, when God created the Earth, he sent an angel over Siberia carrying a sack full of riches. As the angel flew over Yakutia, the extreme cold made his fingers stiff, and he dropped everything. This is how the region became rich in natural resources.
The “YAKUTIA” ladies’ watch is inspired by this story and reflects the richness of the region through its elegant design and symbolic details.
